The Nigerian Army has confirmed what his family had feared since Tuesday April 28 social media activist and blogger Justice Mark Chidiebere, popularly known as Justice Crack, is in the custody of Nigerian Army. He did not disappear. He was not abducted by unknown persons. He was picked up by the Nigerian Army alongside soldiers who had spoken to him about their welfare and feeding conditions, and has since been handed over to civil authorities for investigation and possible prosecution.
